Dear Kory:

Planning a party can be an extremely stressful event. There are a thousand details to worry about from flowers to rentals, music,
guest list and most importantly, menu.

As you know, the success or failure of Saturday night's party rested solely on my shoulders. If the party had been in any way
unsuccessful, there would have been serious ramifications for me. It is extremely comforting to feel that you can pass the torch on
to someone to help carry the responsibility.

With you, I found that comfort. I relied upon you to take care of your end and you fulfilled my expectations threefold. My
confidence in you allowed me to focus on other things and ultimately the party was a smash!

I can't thank you enough for your professionalism, both on the level of service and in the quality of the food. Your work product
couldn't have been more perfect, on any level.

In the future, you can be sure that I will always consider Who Knew first when planning any event, large or small.
